AAmericanFlooring.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by AAmericanFlooring.com.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AAmericanFlooring.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Important to know - Shipping and delivery times given in writing or verbally are estimates* and are based off of the standard transit times of our carriers. Although we are very efficient and timely with our shipping, we recommend that you do not schedule your job until you physically receive and verify the accuracy of your order.
All in stock orders normally leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders submitted Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded), before 10:00 am Central Time generally ship the very same day.
Depending on the volume, size or weight of your order, your order will ship either UPS or by a common carrier (truck line). As long as a valid email is provided and you are able to receive automated emails, you will receive an email confirmation when your order ships that will include the tracking number for your order. To ensure you receive your email tracking information, please allow emails from the following domain names: aamericancustomflooring.com and ups.com.
All residential deliveries are considered curbside were the customer is responsible for unloading materials delivered. Our carriers are not required to unload the material into your home or jobsite.
Upon delivery and receipt of your order, please check for damages and/or shortages and make a note of this information on the delivery ticket. This information helps us get replacement materials to you more rapidly.
* The exception to this is when the shipping method is upgraded to a form of expedited shipping.
