We will accept returns with in 30 days from the time that your order was delivered to you. A 25% restocking fee will be added to all returned orders. No returns are allowed on special orders, all custom cut molding, closeouts, liquids and openned or used material. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs that include the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost.
All orders that are refused upon delivery sent back with out damage are subject to standard return policy, if product is refused or labeled damaged by customer and is found to have no defects, shipping charges will not be refunded - this applies to UPS and Freight Carriers.
All damaged goods must be reported to aamericanflooring.com no later then the next day upon receiving your order. If not reported, you will not receive a credit on shipping. All damage claims must be accompanied by photos of damaged box/pallet and or goods in the box/pallet. If we are at fault by sending damaged products, the shipping cost will be credited and AAmerican is subject to return shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 days to process damage claims as we need to work with UPS or Freight carriers to resolve the claim. After the claim has been accepted and processed you will be credited with in 3-4 buisness days.

Shipping and delivery times given in writing or verbally are estimates* and are based off of the standard transit times of our carriers (see UPS map below). Although we are very efficient and timely with our shipping, we recommend that you do not schedule your job until you physically receive and verify the accuracy of your order.

All in stock orders normally leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders submitted Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded), before 10:00 am Central Time generally ship the very same day.
Depending on the volume, size or weight of your order, your order will ship either UPS or by a common carrier (truck line). As long as a valid email is provided and you are able to receive automated emails, you will receive an email confirmation when your order ships that will include the tracking number for your order. To ensure you receive your email tracking information, please allow emails from the following domain names: aamericancustomflooring.com and ups.com.
All residential deliveries are considered curbside where the customer is responsible for unloading materials delivered. Our carriers are not required to unload the material into your home or job-site.
We reserve the right to change delivery carriers at any time due to product size, weight and volume with no additional costs or prior notification.
Upon delivery and receipt of your order, please check for damages and/or shortages and make a note of this information on the delivery ticket. This information helps us get replacement materials to you more rapidly.
Please note: UPS does not deliver packages to United States Postal Service Boxes (USPS PO Box)
* Expedited shipping options such as 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Over Night Air, does not guarantee you will receive delivery of your order on SATURDAY. We DO NOT offer any expedited shipping options with a SATURDAY delivery. For example, if you placed an order on a Wednesday with a shipping option 3-Day Select, expecting delivery on Saturday, you will not receive it on Saturday only the following business day which is Monday. This statement is true for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. PLEASE check with us if you are in need of an expedited order before the weekend, so that we can properly guide you to which shipping option will best suit your needs. Once again, we ask you PLEASE do not schedule any jobs or projects, ONLY after you receive your items. This will insure your project will go as planned and with no delays.
