All orders that are refused upon delivery sent back with out damage are subject to standard return policy, if product is refused or labeled damaged by customer and is found to have no defects, shipping charges will not be refunded - this applies to UPS and Freight Carriers.
All damaged goods must be reported to aamericanflooring.com no later then the next day upon receiving your order. If not reported, you will not receive a credit on shipping. All damage claims must be accompanied by photos of damaged box/pallet and or goods in the box/pallet. If we are at fault by sending damaged products, the shipping cost will be credited and AAmerican is subject to return shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 days to process damage claims as we need to work with UPS or Freight carriers to resolve the claim. After the claim has been accepted and processed you will be credited with in 3-4 buisness days.

Returns without a receipt and after 30 days will not be processed.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date you ship the material to receive your credit. This timeframe allows enough time for the item to be shipped, received and processed for credit.
